Exciting youth basketball action is around the corner through the Big Bear Youth Hoops League which begins in early April. Come join Big Bear’s fastest growing activity and be part of the over 100 players experiencing a fun, fair, enriching experience. League rules stipulate that each child plays one half of every game. Registration period: February 21st to April 7th at the Recreation Office in Meadow Park.

The League is open to boys and girls in grades 3rd through 12th at a fee of $60 per player which includes a NBA spring uniform each player gets to keep, awards, and facility use fees. Discounts are available for additional children in the same family.

Most games are played on Weeknights and some Saturdays between April 7th and June 3rd at Meadow Park Gym. Practices are held once per week during the evening. Leagues are broken down as follows: 3/4 grade boys and girls, 5/6 grade separate boys and girls, 7/8 grade separate boys and girls and a coed high school division. Please join us and help make this the best season ever. Coaches and officials are needed.
