What: Learn the ancient art of Shorin Ryu Karate. Under the watchful eye of the Sensei, students will move through the steps beginning with the white belt level and with hard work, study and practice will have the opportunity to advance to black belt. This class teaches discipline, coordination, balance, self control and self esteem.

Tiny Dragons

Children ages 3-5

Our Preschool Karate Program considers the specific developmental needs of the 3 to 5 year old child. Lessons have been specially created for the young child to develop the confidence and self-discipline needed for success in life in a FUN, non-threatening, family environment.

Tiny Dragons offers a great opportunity for parent to actively participate with their child.

What: Learn tumbling, balance, grace and flexibility while having a great time! Our program offers instruction on the balance beam, uneven parallel bars, and vault. Competitive team opportunities available for advanced students.

What: This is a very fun and structured art class. Students will learn the basics of fine art through pencil drawing, pastels, water color, graphite, acrylic and oil painting.

When: Fridays. Classes are at 3:45, 5:00, and 6:15 pm
