



The Recreation Department offers a wide range of leisure classes for valley residents of all ages. All classes are offered at either a monthly or one time fee, and registrations are taken at the District office at Meadow Park. Our awesome fall youth class lineup includes gymnastics, art, and karate while we offer adult classes in Ballroom Dancing, Beginning Drawing, Yoga nd Pickle Ball. Instructors are experienced and skilled and looking forward to meeting your leisure needs. Visit the District office and get a free one class voucher. Cardio kickboxing - a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts - is inspired by martial arts, and has motivated many people.
This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. A one-hour kickboxing workout can burn from 500 to 800 calories, which is up to twice the calories you burn during a one-hour step-aerobics class.
