The Big Bear Valley Recreation & Park District is now accepting registration for all interested teams wanting to participate in the “Brand New” 3 on 3 Men’s Basketball League held in Meadow Park Gym. The league is broken down into 2 divisions. Division I is open to all players 16 & Over. Division II is open to all MEN 35 and Over. The game will be played on a modified short court on 9 & ½ Goals. The cost for the league is $150. There will be a Mandatory Coaches Meeting April 1st at 7:30pm at Meadow Park Gym. At the Meeting rules, scheduling and other items will be discussed. The deadline for registration is Tuesday April 1st.

Cardio kickboxing - a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts - is inspired by martial arts, and has motivated many people.

This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. A one-hour kickboxing workout can burn from 500 to 800 calories, which is up to twice the calories you burn during a one-hour step-aerobics class.

Private Lessons are also available at:
  $30 per hour or
  $20 per half hour.
  $100 for a block of 4 lessons
Who: Men and Women who want a fun and effective exercise program in a non contact class.
